My Sanctuary - East Lake Residence

This must be the most insane decision I've ever made in my entire life in purchasing my new sanctuary.

It happened in November 2004, I was strongly recommened to view the show unit of this condo, East Lake Residence that located opposite to the MINES lake, perhaps the peaceful view of giant lake, or perhaps the cost saving of fully furnished package or perhaps the salesperson was so cute, haha, I counted it as " Love at first sight". I made up my mind promptly, the entire decision making only takes me 20 mins after seeing the show unit. Crazy...


The major reason I love it so much is East Lake Residence encompasses a resort – like environment nestled in a green surrounding away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is a brilliant residence in Kuala Lumpur with magnificent lake view which overlook the 200 acre Mines Resort City north lake. With beautiful scenery and strategic location, I could expect it is the best place to be home.


East Lake Residence is packed with unsurpassed grandeur and authentic statement of lifestyle. Comes with ethereal scenes and unmatched serene ambience, I was extremely impressed by the magnificent views of a 6-star Golf Course and the world's largest ex-mining lake. It would be fully completed by Sept, 2006.
